Since 2006 until 2011, was a lecturer at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the Department of Far Eastern languages and literature at the Baku State University. Since 2006, till now continues to teach at the Confucius Institute of Baku State University. The initiator and organizer of the establishment of the Confucius Institute at BSU. Lectures Chinese language and literature.

From 2012 to 2013 was the representative in the CIS - Beijing Jangho group.

From 2014 to the present day is a researcher at the Institute of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the University of Shanghai and a representative of Shanghai University in the CIS.

• Since 2015 Authorized Representative of  China  Energy and Mineral Resources on Silk Road,Economic and Investment Development LLC.

• From September 2015 to this day is a Researcher of the North-West University Political and Legal Sciences.

• EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES:

In 2004- graduated Law - Hans political institution.

In 2004, of the state line entered to the Baku State University for the Master degree.

In 2008- of state line entered the doctoral program at the State University with a degree in"international relations."

In 2012- graduated Baku State University doctorate in the specialty "international

relations."

In 2008, sewn his master thesis on the topic "Azerbaijan - China: the development and strategy of bilateral relations", published an article "The relationship between China and Azerbaijan at the present stage" and "Directions of development of relations between Azerbaijan and China" in his book " History and its problems. "

In 2008- translated books for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of "Silk Way in Azerbaijan" and "Welcome to Azerbaijan".

Research field:

Azerbaijan - China: the development of bilateral relations and strategy Geopolitics of China in the Caspian region in the context of its geopolitical interests.
